JAPANESE DESSERTS - ADAM KODOVAS
We traveled all the way to Japan to find and try the most classic ingredients for Japanese sweets. Sweet pastes from red beans, soy and rice flour, agar agar, matcha tea powder, brown sugar cane and many more that you can now find on our list of products. We then asked chef Adam Kontova to experiment with 10 classic recipes which he presented to a selected group of professional chefs.
