JAPAS BY KIKKOMAN

In collaboration with Kikkoman and Japanese chef Kiyoshi Hayamizu, we presented recipes for Japas to chefs and catering professionals. The most classic Japanese sauces based on soy sauce, such as Tonkatsu Sauce, Yakisoba Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce, have become the vehicle for dishes that look like little tasty miracles. Very easy preparation and final result served in a tapas manner.
