Black Cod Tacos

Handmade corn tortillas with black cod, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce, panko breaded shrimp and red tobiko.

Pho Bo

The most famous Vietnamese street food with beef tail broth, beef carpaccio, fish sauce and rice noodles, served with Hoi Sin sauce & Sriracha sauce.

Crispy Pork Belly in Bao Buns

Slowcooked pork belly with Hoisin sauce wrapped in souvlaki with Roti Paratha bread or burger with handmade dough Bao buns.

Umami Punch Hanger Steak

The most famous Asian recipe for steak marinated in Mirin, Soy Sauce & Sake is topping sticky rice & edamame pure.
