CATERPLUS, the company that distributes our products in Rhodes island, organized again a Road Show presenting the products of its partners. More than 2,000 visitors had the opportunity to see our new products and learn about new trends in Asian materials and Asian food. Along with chef Adam Kontova, we presented 3 recipes using popular Asian ingredients that were combined with cooking techniques from around the world and gave a different character to classic ingredients, adding flavor levels. Oysters with kombu, tapioca and pickled cucumber, Palamida with avocado, crispy nori and dashinomoto and Octopus with white miso, peanut butter and celery root.
